Welcome to our family home on Chappaquiddick. The perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying the natural beauty of Martha’s Vineyard. This bright and airy 4-bedroom, 2-bath home (plus outdoor shower!) comfortably sleeps 8 and is thoughtfully outfitted with everything you need for an easy island getaway.

Upstairs, the open-concept great room features vaulted ceilings, large windows, and plenty of natural light - an ideal space for gathering with family and friends. Two sets of sliders lead out to a spacious wrap-around deck, complete with patio seating and a gas grill for al fresco dining.

Layout:
• First Floor: 3 bedrooms + 1 full bath
• Second Floor: Open living space + primary bedroom + 1 full bath

Don’t miss the private outdoor shower - a must-have summer experience!

The entire home is air-conditioned (a true luxury on MV!) and includes high-speed WiFi, a full-size washer/dryer, all bed and bath linens, beach towels, beach chairs, and other beach gear to make your stay easy and comfortable.

Located just minutes from East Beach, Wasque, Mytoi Gardens, and the scenic walking trails that make Chappy so special.

Chappy house

Lots of pots and pans and other cooking items. Glad we brought many of own kitchen essentials tho. And we packed lots of food to cook during the week which we were glad we did. Only used the car to get back and forth to the ferry. Otherwise used the busses or walked. Great place to explore and the home was a perfect base!

Happy Chappy!!!

Loved every minute of our stay. Super clean, great location if u want to get away from the crowds…. Well informed to beginning and end. I highly recommend a stay here…it’s absolutely worth it Just a glimpse of the beauty

The property was great for my adult family to spend a wonderful quality weekend. The quietness of Chappaquidick being just accessible enough to all that is available on Martha’s Vineyard, was perfect!
