Room was clean and well maintained. Likewise for the property itself. However, there was a severe thunderstorm that passed through the area approximately 20 minutes after check-in that took out the power for the property. There were no backup generators or power sources to power the rooms, and the staff could, understandably, not guarantee when power would be restored. Neither the storm nor the power outage was the fault of the property managers/owners, but they did not offer a refund once I decided to pursue other accommodations.

This property was so unbelievably clean! It smelled like the carpet was shampooed that day. Staff were very polite and I would definitely recommend. The only problem was I couldn’t figure out the coffee machine or it wasn’t working. I was injured the day before and had to check out early.

I was definitely pleasantly surprised by the Regency Inn. My room was large, had a huge TV and “real” towels. Everything worked and I felt safe. It was close to restaurants and stores. My biggest surprise was how large and diverse their breakfast was. I have never seen that kind of spread from such a small motel. Very impressed and would absolutely stay there again.
