Everything We Could've Wanted

This was an incredible property for a guys' fishing trip getaway. Great space, clean, and beautiful. We're already talking about bringing our families back to this property in the future. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating - a true delight! We are looking forward to coming back.

Sister Birthday Weekend

The stay was amazing the views were spectacular and the walk to the lake was less than 2 minutes. Had enough room for our group of 8, everyone in our party wanted the separate downstairs. Loved it and would come again!!!

Christmas Trip

This is a wonderful house and property for me and my husband and our 2 adult children. Everything was just as described! We spent a lot of time in the huge game room with pool table,sofas and TV. Every night we used the fire pit with the truckload of firewood we brought! The dock is new-we brought our boat and used the marina that was 5 minutes away. Definitely recommend this property!!

Great, family friendly home

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the lake house. It is a great option for a family, including if people are looking for a lake option around a UGA home game. We’ve been coming to Lake Oconnee for years and it was our best stay yet. Thanks to our hosts!

Guys golf weekend!

Wow! Awesome house. Awesome location! I would highly recommend this house for a large gathering. Our three day weekend consisted of seven college buddies in our late 50s. So a tough group to please… but everyone loved it! The pool room with poker table was a hit! The dock was awesome in the evenings and we were able to tie up our rental boat … while we briefly restocked our cooler. Very convenient pontoon rental facility is literally three minutes around the cove at Sun Life Marina (and they were superb as well)! Just an overall great experience over three days. Thank you for providing us a terrific weekend enjoying your house. Kevin

Fun weekend getaway

Had a family gathering with several family members that rented a place just a few doors down. Very convenient, close to good restaurants, and beautiful setting. Enjoyed spending time on the lake. Adult son was happy to have his own space downstairs while younger children could be closer to us. Would definitely stay there again!

Awesome View

This lake house is amazing! Plenty of room to spread out or congregate together! The house has comfy beds, clean bathrooms, and a well stocked kitchen for the cooks! There is a gorgeous sun room overlooking the lake with an amazing view. We look forward to coming again!

Relaxing New Year Family Vacation

We enjoyed a relaxing time at the lake house. We enjoyed hanging out playing pool and ping pong, playing games by the fire, hiking at Rock Hawk, visiting Madison and bringing in the New Year sitting by the firepit. The house is clean and very comfortable and sits in a very nice quiet neighborhood. We loved this home and hope to be back.

My family & friends enjoy this home. The game room dock provided us different places to enjoy each others company with leaving the premises. Bedroom TV's could be a little bigger, but a lovely place to visit. We would definitely like to return.

Perfect family getaway

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Not only was communication great with Casey start to finish, but her home was fantastic. It was clean, well-stocked, great location, and plenty of space for our family to spread out. My brother and his family were in town from overseas so they took over the basement; and my family + my mom took over the main floor. We enjoyed eating dinner outside every night, roasting s'mores in the firepit, playing games in the massive yard, swimming off the dock and being within 10 minutes drive to some delicious restaurants (highly recommend Lake House Gastropub and Lake Oconee Bistro!). We 10/10 recommend Casey and staying at The Lakeside Hideaway, and we hope to come back someday!
