New Luxury Lakefront Home! Hot tub, Boat and Swim Dock

Welcome to this charming brand new 4 bedroom home in the most desired location on Lake Oconee. Offering comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests including a master bedroom with a king, 2 bedrooms with queens and a bunk room with two doubles and two twin mattresses.

Close to all the popular amenities in the area including numerous golf courses, Lake "Jumping Rock", restaurants, the Ritz Carlton and more. You can choose to take our Pontoon boat or it is all just a short drive away!

Expansive views of the lake from the screened in porch and the dock. The screened porch offers comfortable seating including a couch and 2 rockers as well as 2 hanging swing chairs. The porch with a new grill is included and offers easy access to the lake.

We do offer a Pontoon Rental that can be arranged directly at our dock for an additional fee upon arrival.

The property also includes a complimentary kayak, stand up paddle boards, life jackets, floats, and fishing poles and gear.

Truly one of a kind home and we are excited to share it with you.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

This is our third home on Lake Oconee that my family and I rented; it is perfect. Great location on the lake with beautiful views from the porch and dock area. Home is very clean and well provided for. We will definitely stay here again if possible.
