We had an amazing stay! Lots of amenities and we really enjoyed the dock and boat house. Lots of room to tie down wave runners or a pontoon boat to the dock as well. Our favorite however, would have to be the large screened porch! The host was amazing and responded quickly to any questions or requests.

Nice lake

We came in a day early someone canceled so we took it. The floors were not cleaned from the previous guest. The sheets and pillow cases had stains which were not inviting. TV in the master worked but we could not get the other bedroom tvs to work. I contacted the renter and said they had never been in the other rooms so they couldn’t help. ??? Packages were delivered several times. No word on what we were supposed to do with them, I once again contacted the host. No answer. One of the children was on the dock barefooted and got a large peice of wood in his foot which took 9 hours at the ER to numb his leg to get a 2 inch peice of wood out of his foot. So no water for him for 3 days. We rented a pontoon for 5 days and jet skis for 2 today’s those were awesome. We loved going to the little beach over at goat island and playing. We saw deer daily. We loved fishing caught some small catfish.

Great Lake Vacation

The house is beautiful and very clean. The dock and yard are a great area to hang out. A/C worked great and beds were comfortable. Hope to.come back often.

Perfect family getaway.

We love coming here with the whole family, great location on the lake. We came in October of 2024 and couldn't wait to come back. Fishing is great for catfish, bass and crappie. House is laidout perfect for a large family big bunkroom down stairs for the kids. Rachael is a great host and we will be back.

Beautiful Setting

The house has has beautiful views and plenty of space for the whole family. Owner was kind enough to give us a last minute refund on one night as we decided to alter our plans. Some of the outside furniture was not cleaned off but she gave partial refund on cleaning fee. Beds were comfy and bunk room and lower level was perfect for the kids!

Very relaxing stay!

We met our adult kids for what we hoped would be a low stress Thanksgiving. Since we come from different parts of the country, we don't all have a chance to see each other very often. We all had a great time! Great house and location!

Deep Roots 2024

House is perfect for a lake getaway. Excellent location on the lake. Wonderful setting in the backyard, deck, dock, fire pit. You won't want to leave. Great owners, very responsive. We'll be back!

Didn't want to leave.

This was a last minute change of location due to hurricane Helene. Rachael was so kind to accommodate us on short notice. The home and especially the yard were amazing for our family, we brought kayaks and fished the lake every day. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the back porch and dock, smores around the fire pit. Plenty of room for a big family.

Great stay on a nice part of Sinclair

My entire family loved staying at this property. Great boat house and wonderful main house, especially the huge screened porch. Lots of room to spread out, including a large dining table for shared meals. Our favorite property so far, after 4 years renting on Sinclair.

Great lake house

The house is very roomy and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms. The walk down to the lake is easy and the lake provided hours of fun for us as we brought out boat and floatation devices. They have plenty of life vests for us but bring your own floats! It was an easy drive into Milledgeville for dinner one night. thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us! We are doing a tour of lakes in Georgia for a potential move in the future. Hartwell and Sinclair done so far!

Wonderful little get away

Property owners were very responsive and very accommodating. We had a wonderful little family vacation with all of grandchildren together for first time. Home was very spacious and room for all to move about comfortably!

Wonderful stay

Stayed here with family and enjoyed the house. We spent majority of our time on the dock fishing, swimming and kayaking. The owner responded right away with some questions we had and even followed up to make sure we settled in well. Really enjoyed this location for our family.

Girls' Labor Day Lake/UGA Football Weekend

Great location and house! We loved everything from the well equipped dock to the screened in back porch to the bunk room and very comfy master and guest beds! We also loved the open floorpan and views from the house and dock. Communication with owner couldn't have been better and they accommodated every single request. We will definitely be back!!

Spacious Home great location

Had a great time at this property. Really good communications from the owner in managing expectations. Had a small problem that could of turn worst but the quick response from management made it a none issue. Plenty of space throughout the house and the kitchen was well stocked. Would book again and recommend to others.
