The place was great as was the host. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the home. The kitchen was wonderful and worked well for our extended family. It was a warm Christmas week which permitted us to enjoy the comfortable deck furniture and the view of the lake. Would definitely return.

The house is gorgeous with plenty of space for our whole family for a holiday getaway! The kids (and adults) loved the downstairs bar/theatre/game space. We also loved the fire pit and that we could use the kayaks. The sunset views were perfect. The host was communicative and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our first time at Lake Sinclair. We had a great time! There was plenty of room for our large family. Beautiful view and location. A little further from a larger grocery store than we would have liked but we knew that going in. The house with all the amenities made up for it. Beds were extremely comfortable in all the rooms. Large living area upstairs! Ground level area with large game/theatre rooms with extra bedrooms downstairs gave us a lot of room to spread out. The fenced in back yard was a great bonus to keep the little ones from venturing to the water. The older kids had a blast on the kayaks. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home, perfect place to spend quality time with family. Everyone had a wonderful time. We did not have any issues and the host was very kind and called to may sure the early arrival of mayflies were not taking over. Just book it, you will love it!!!!

We have been staying in Eatonton on lake oconee or Sinclair for the last 3 years, in search of a home our whole family fits in comfortably and enjoys equally. THIS IS IT! Third time is a charm and we are already discussing dates for next July! The house was fantastic, so clean, and had everything we could possibly need plus more! (The kids kayaks were a hit too!)

We have been going to Lake Sinclair for 12 years now. We have rented condos and houses. This house has been our favorite. It is set up perfectly with the 2 floors. We have teenagers and they had their on floor with a shuffleboard game and movie theater. The house was very clean and had a wonderful view of the lake. Everything looked brand new. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced in a rental. We will be booking this again for next summer!

Lovely home for a family reunion!

My family and I spent almost a week at this lovely lake house this spring. While we were a little early for all the fun lake activities (temps ranged from 50s-80s) we took advantage of every part of the spacious home as best we could. Many hours spent lounging in the very comfortable living room while cooking dinner as a family, with all the kids running around the deck and large living spaces. We really appreciated the small details like the baby gate to the downstairs, the numerous kayaks (even one for the kids!) and the many games in the downstairs. Bill was a great communicator throughout the process. We hope to return some day in the future - maybe later in the season, that lake felt pretty cold in March!!

Lake house retreat

This Lake house is very nice and has plenty of room. Communication with the owner/property manager was very easy and they made sure that everything was perfect for us. Would love to come back in the summer months to fully enjoy the lake. I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

Great place

We stayed here for spring break. This is an excellent property and very relaxing. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit, fishing off the dock and just hanging out enjoying the views.

Christmas is better at the lake!

I had a magical Christmas stay at this lakefront house with my family. The owners' attention to detail in stocking the home made our experience truly special. The kids were kept entertained with a plethora of activities (games, fishing, plenty of room to run) and the spacious layout provided perfect areas for both group gatherings and quiet retreats. The large dining table inside and the patio offered ideal spots for family bonding. Overall, a delightful getaway! We are so grateful!

Beyond Our Expectations

The pictures do not do the lakeview justice. The house is beautiful and is perfectly situated and planned for families and large groups. The kitchen with its huge island made meal prep so easy, plenty of dining seating, big comfy TV areas. Five couples and three grandchildren and we did not feel like we were crowding each other. Two porches and plenty of room to stretch out and relax or play games, eat, whatever. Four bathrooms were a blessing! I hope we can come back some day and do it again. We all felt it was worth the six hour drive. We made a great family memory and this home definitely played a part.

Anniversary / Weekend Getaway

The house was great for our needs! Actually, it far exceeded our needs! Wish we could've had more people join. Great for large parties! Super nice hosts! Easy booking and trip all the way around. Cant wait for our next stay!
