NUEVO ALQUILER con acceso a agua salada (bote, kyak, paddleboard, etc.)

Nuestra encantadora cabaña de dos dormitorios con bacalao del cabo se encuentra en un culdesac privado, junto con otras 10 casas bien mantenidas. La casa se actualizó en otoño de 2016 con nuevos pisos y pintura en toda la casa, y se agregó una ducha al aire libre. Nuestra cabaña ofrece 1 dormitorio principal con una cama queen size, 1 dormitorio con un conjunto de literas de tamaño completo. The Sun Room tiene un futón tamaño queen que puede alojar a 2 adultos adicionales. La cocina es pequeña, pero ofrece todo lo que necesita para preparar comidas. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo esencial. Las puertas corredizas de vidrio del Sun Room conducen a una nueva terraza grande con parrilla y muebles de exterior. ¡Perfecto para asar la cena familiar mientras contempla la puesta de sol sobre el agua! Gran patio comunitario justo afuera de la puerta, ¡mucho espacio para que los niños jueguen afuera!

El vecindario está ubicado en la ensenada, brindando a los inquilinos la posibilidad de acceder al agua salada desde afuera de su puerta. Pescar y nadar desde nuestro hermoso muelle. ¡Puedes usar nuestro kayak y practicar surf de remo! El acceso al muelle está disponible para aquellos que realmente quieren aprovechar esta excelente ubicación y desean traer un bote o alquilar uno en el puerto deportivo en el camino. El vecindario está fuera de la autopista estatal, a dos minutos en automóvil / corto paseo en bicicleta :), al centro de la ciudad de Orleans y a las playas de Eastham. El centro de la ciudad de Orleans ofrece un sinfín de restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas, alquiler de bicicletas, puerto deportivo, gran Stop & Shop y muchos más. Beautiful Cottage

This updated cottage was the perfect place to stay on our weeklong stay on Cape Cod. The home is well-appointed with all the necessities and is beautifully decorated. The location is convenient to visit all of the towns along the Cape as well as the beaches and historical destinations.

Cottage was impeccably clean with some new updates from our last visit in 2023. Owner was very easy to work with and responded quickly to inquiries. Excellent Vacation spot

We stayed for one week. The cottage was clean, air conditioned, and beachy. We enjoyed use of the kyacks and paddle board for use daily. It was a perfect location for our family and easily accessible to local towns and shops. The community was quiet and family friendly. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is pretty, cozy, and clean. The cove is lovely, but we could not use the kayaks because the weather did not cooperate. The house is located in a friendly neighborhood off route 6. We were not bothered by the sound of traffic at all and enjoyed the proximity to excellent restaurants and shops.

Cozy little cottage

This is a fine place for a get away on the Cape. It's centrally located on the Cape so it's convenient for anywhere you want to go. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has most things you would need. The large deck and access to the water make it especially nice. Janet is quickly responds to any concerns or questions you might have, which is very helpful.

Charming Cottage, Great Location

Our family had just the best time staying at this charming cottage! The location was perfect for us, as we spent most of our time exploring the National Seashore and Outer Cape. The cottage was spotless and well stocked with all necessary items. Communication with the owner was effortless and very friendly. I just can’t say enough about how lovely our week here was. Community Cottage

This cottage was perfect for my husband and I who are in our fifties. Even though the cottage sleeps six, I would say four is a max. We especially liked having usage of the kayaks (didn't have to bring ours) and launched from the sandy area rather than the dock. Overall, we wouldn't hesitate staying here again!

Great vacation cottage

We had a great stay and the cottage was very cute. The location was perfect for us, since we spend most of our Cape time around the National Seashore. The size was perfect for our family of 5, and we got to kayak as well. I do wish the kitchen was a little better stocked (ex. No measuring cups), but otherwise was a great space. Would definitely recommend and would stay their again if we weren’t traveling with our lab.

Lovely sunny cottage

The cottage was lovely and the perfect size for myself, husband and our two small dogs. We loved the sunny deck and having the kayaks and paddle board available was a bonus so nice to use on the inlet. We also loved the large grassy area for our dogs. Our only complaint was the noise from the traffic on route 6. But, the cottage was close to beaches and downtown Orleans!

The cottage was just right for the two of us although a family of four would fit nicely also. Everything that we needed was provided including pillows and blankets. The short walk to the beach across a grassy area was pleasant . The kayaks and paddles were easy to carry and the beach was nice. Lovely porch to sit on. Everyone in the area was friendly . We had a lovely vacation. Thank you for renting out your cottage.
