Decorated with blue touches it offers comfort and functionality. On the ground floor, in front of the lounge there is a covered terrace between lush vegetation slightly elevated with wooden dining and unique sea views.

The names of the houses were chosen based on the strengths of the space!

The SUN generously sheds its LIGHT, the SEA almost touches it in a few steps, SKY hugs you unhindered wherever you stand and the GARDEN surrounds you like a green oasis in the stone and wilderness of the landscape, all year round.

The 5 houses of Chara Houses are right in front of Kalamakia Skoutari beach.

Behind the houses and in the fenced garden there is a garage for everyone.

The lower garden door leads to the sandy beach where an umbrella and sun loungers await you.

Built with traditional Mani architecture and harmonized with its natural environment, the Sun House can accommodate from 2 to 7 persons.

The interior design follows simple lines offering comfort and functionality. On the ground floor, at the entrance in front of the living room, there is a covered terrace with wooden dining area with great views of the sea and the bay of Skoutari.

After each stay at Chara Houses, a strict COVID-19 cleaning protocol is followed

Ground Floor Living Room – Dining room with fireplace, sleeping mattress sofa, satellite TV and garden terrace. Fully equipped kitchen, oven, extractor hood, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower and WC, storeroom, washing machine.
1st Floor Master bedroom with double bed and balcony door with view second bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower and WC Air conditioning in each bedroom.
2nd Floor One bedroom with twin beds that can be joined and made into a double bed with insulated tile roof.
An infant bed can be added, upon request.
