A hidden gem. Space for everyone in the group. Parking for 5 cars. The rooms are bigger than they seem in the pictures. The upper level has a living room, a dining area that opens to a large deck, a kitchen, three bedrooms and a full bath. Head downstairs to a large room to relax, play games or watch TV. This level also has a huge room with 2 twin beds and a trundle bed. This level’s full bath is equipped with a washer and dryer. Menahaunt beach is less than a mile and a half away. It is 5 miles to Falmouth Harbour with ferries to Martha’s Vineyard. House is approx 3 miles to other beaches and close to downtown Falmouth with lots of restaurants, shops and even a carousel! The house is on the bike path which leads to Historic Woods Hole and has a sprawling backyard for playing or relaxing by the fire pit. Pillows, comforters, bed linens and bath towels are provided.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Two families stayed here- great location and lots of beds for everyone. Easy access to ponds, beach and towns. The house didn’t have a ton of amenities and wouldn’t be good for someone sensitive to smoke.

The house is right in the middle of a great, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of indoor space and the deck and yard were great! Just a couple minute drive to the nearest beach and great access to everything else on Cape Cod. We cooked there several times and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Home in Falmouth

The property was as listed. We loved the large deck and even though we were on a main road the back yard gave a lot of privacy. The central ac work excellent. Beaches, play grounds, restaurants, and stores were 15-25 min away. Lots of room for 7 adults and 3 children under 5 allowing use to move around comfortably. We very much enjoyed this house.

We had a wonderful long weekend celebrating my wife’s 65th. There was plenty of room for the five of us. The house was close to everything. We loved the outdoor shower and fire pit. The house well stocked. Across the street at the end of the block is a nice view of the water.

Road race

The house was perfect for us plenty of room. Everything was really clean. Loved looking at all the old Pictures and knickknacks that reminded me of my mother. Everything was there that we needed family ran the road race and it was perfect getting to and from wherever we needed to be great deck go back just to hang and relax. Outside shower, which everybody loved we definitely would be back to rent again

Great place for family getaway

The house is fantastic very spacious and comfortable with made our stay very pleasant also the backyard is great with a fire pit it was a blast for the kids, the beach it’s only a short drive away so is the grocery store and everything that you may need as far as food and essentials for the stay, the host was awesome very easy to work with always with a quick response to any of our questions, we very happy with our overall experience and definitely looking forward to rent the place again when we have a chance.

A true hidden gem

The entire booking process and overall stay was absolutely fantastic. We were three generations there. My siblings and I, together with our children took our mom there for vacation. The booking process was seamless, and the owner almost immediately responded and confirmed the reservation. Upon getting there, we were pleasantly surprised. The house is much bigger than the pictures depict. And better. The teenagers were excited as they had the entire lower floor. And the rest of us had room to spare. Bedrooms are spacious enough, bathrooms are clean, water pressure is great, enough room for 10 having meals together on the dining area and outdoor seating on the deck. Too much to list. Will definitely repeat.
