They advertise boat ramp and dock as well as beach. Boat ramp was a joke, I could not launch a 16 ft skiff on that "ramp" so I ended up parking the trailer in the parking lot which has lousy access to the room. Walls were so thin the dogs next door would bark on the drop of a spoon. AC unit generated a sour smell that was worse than being too warm, even on 'fan only'. The kitchen was like a ships galley and the tile floor was sticky as if it had never been mopped. Place was WAY over priced. I would not stay there again for more than 25%-30% of what I paid, and feel it was a bad choice I won't make again.

Grounds were very nice overlooking lake with a nice pool. Rooms were dated and cleaning staff was not good. Location was good

it is a truly pet friendly place with lovely grounds and incredibly friendly staff.

Hotel staff need to pay more attention to cleanliness of the rooms-Very disappointing

Great getaway. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Facility is dated but very clean. Paddle boats, kayaks and supplied grills at no cost a nice touch for a totally laid back vacation.

The staff was so nice and accommodating I actually made the reservation for the wrong night and she totally accommodated us!!! I was so lucky! While the room was pretty dated it was very clean and the bed was comfy.

Beautiful beach area and wonderful pool. Very quaint. We did not have hot water very early in morning around 5 as we we're catching the ferry.

Very reasonable rates for the area and accommodating. Well maintained grounds and pool. Nothing within walking distance but not far from beaches and many restaurants. Older property, light on amenities, but all the basics were there.

While this no 5-star hotel the room was comfortable for our 3-night stay. Well maintained grounds to walk the dog or throw around a frisbee. Included kayaks, paddle and row boats made getting out on the water part of the experience. Friendly and helpful staff.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I wish you had come to us about these issues and would have gladly offered to move your room or accommodate you at our sister property. As a family owned business we try very hard to make our guests comfortable. The ramp was built back in the 60's and we do understand for some it is difficult to navigate. Tho there is a brand new public ramp at the end of Street. I apologize that we were not what you expected and do hope you at least enjoyed your time in Falmouth

Thank you for taking the time to review us. If you would please let me know what room number you were in and on what dates I would like the opportunity to speak with our staff as we are training new students. As a family owned property it is very important to us that we address these issues . We appreciate your feed back, business and the time you took to send this.

I am so sorry. That is not our standard and as a family owned business we try very hard to make sure our accommodations are clean and comfortable. If you wish to share your name with us that will help me address the issues you had with our staff to in sure this does not happen again.

We try to keep our decor "traditional Cape Cod" as family owned and operated we want to try and remind people of the simpler times. Thank you for taking the time to write a review we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again soon.
