Eagle Villa on Otter lake

“Eagle Villa” is a four-season cabin located on a quiet peninsula on Otter Lake on the famous Eagle River Chain of 28 lakes. It has a large living room, large dining area plus a large kitchen with eating area. Eagle Villa is an ideal destination for family and friends looking for a Northwoods getaway on the famous Eagle River chain. This vacation cabin is located within 60 feet of Otter Lake. The main level features an open plan with a very large living room with two futons for additional sleeping, a large eat in kitchen, a separate dining room, a full bath, a large master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with a queen size bed. On the lower level there is a three-quarter bath and two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a full-size bed and a twin-size bed. Linens and towels are provided for indoor use only. Please bring your own beach towels. There is also a washer and dryer, a pack and play, crib and highchair available for your use. For your outside enjoyment Eagle Villa has a sandy bottom for ideal swimming, a gradual slope to the water, dockage for two boats, lakeside fire pit including firewood, swing-set, Weber grill and picnic table. A paddle boat and rowboat are also available for your use. For your inside enjoyment there is a 47″ TV, cable, Wi-Fi, DVD player with some movies and various games. Eagle Villa is also available in the winter months with access to hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails and is in close proximity to hiking and snowshoeing trails. During the winter season, this cabin is available for longer term rentals and could include use of a large two car garage. Amenities nearby include horseback riding, boat and water sport rentals, mini-golf and many restaurants.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
