Older property, and if feels like it. They are trying to make up for it with customer service (thanks!) but everything feels old. My shower was so creaky, it felt like I was going to fall they the floor.

Most of the guests were travelers working in the surrounding area. That makes sense because this is shoulder season for the resort aspects of the Vail Valley. The place was clean, but I would rather have had a more upscale place.

We would absolutely stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The woman at the front desk was one of the nicest we have ever encountered. Always smiling, always friendly and always super nice. The hotel was very clean and we especially loved the pool and hot tub. After skiing all day, nothing feels better than a hot tub! The breakfast isn't anything special but I challenge anyone to find an outrageously good continental breakfast. It was very clean in the food area as well and they were really great about restocking what ran out. Our bed was very comfortable and we also appreciated having a little fridge and microwave in our room.

CLEANEST HOTEL IN VAIL VALLEY

Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet hotel. ONE OF THE CLEANEST places in the valley!!! Breakfast has a nice assortment. The pool and spa are clean. The furniture is not beat up and broken. The bed is comfortable and pillows are nice! Such a great place to stay!
