Great service, just an older property.
Great location right off of 70. Grocery store and good pizza place right next to the hotel. The free breakfast had great options. We were disappointed that their laundry facilities were out of order. That was one specific feature I looked for when I booked the place. We are on a month long road trip so doing laundry was one main reason we stopped here. So that was a bit frustrating.
Savannah at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us. My son had some altitude sickness & Savannah helped us out with clean bedding, waters & was so kind.
The rooms are very clean and it's close to everything.
It’s outdated, noisy and guest run up and down all night. Not clean.
Parking is ridiculous, front desk staff are bi polar depending on time of day and witnesses present. It was an over priced less than average hotel. I won’t return
Check in and out were quick and easy. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Beds were comfortable. The interstate road traffic was very loud! We don't typically use air conditioner and it was just way too with the window open.
We stayed here while my daughter and I hunted deer in nearby Burns. Staff was pleasant and friendly. They were familiar with the hunting area, and were very welcoming (hunters are sometimes viewed suspiciously). The pool was covered, but they offered to open it up if we wanted to use it. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Fixtures worked fine. Overall, exactly what we wanted.
A very nice hotel, everything was first class, from now on I will be looking for a Comfort Inn when travelling.
Nice rooms- highway noise is noticeable so ask for a room on he back side of the hotel.
Quite disappointed second with our see cons visit here. Room 316 I believe - thermostat problem. A/C would stay on too long before finally shutting down. Then would stay off too long before deactivating. Made for an unpleasant night. Shared the issue with the front who didn't have a clue. The unfriendly guy who tends to the breakfast area, is apparently the maintenance man as well - he did not want to listen. Only wanted to teach a class of A/C Operation 101. Floors in room not clean
Free shuttle to and from Eagle-Vail airport. Excellent for late night arrival or early morning departure.
Proud, clean family owned. Close to airport with respectful shuttle driver
Friendly and accommodating staff, absolutely spotless room, comfortable bed, quiet setting. It was a great surprise and just the boost I needed! Slept like a baby and awoke to a great breakfast with home cooked eggs. A real tribute to the Comfort Chain!
Hotel was clean and staff pleasant. It was a very cold night and the room stayed very warm.
Good location and suited my needs perfectly. Easy access to the airport and the Vail area.
We stay at this hotel about 3 or 4 times a year. I have a bad back and one thing I like are the beds as they are very firm. The breakfast is usually good with a good selection of healthy oatmeal and fresh boiled eggs. Although, on this last stay the eggs had a couple other cooked items had run out with still 45 minutes or so of breakfast time to go and the staff wasn't really paying attention to the breakfast area. When they finally noticed they said they would cook more, which was nice, but we had to hit the road.
