Everything was great, but the only issue was we were on the 1st floor across from the ice machine right by the desk and could hear the breakfast person and the shades wouldn’t close all the way and the lighting was blasting the room which kind of kept me up. Outside of that the facility/room was very clean and staff very nice and professional

The stay was fine, staff was friendly and room was clean. Only drawback was the hallways on the floor we were staying the flooring was being replaced. When we checked in the floors were sticky from old adhesives and when we checked out there were carpet strips with nails sticking up scattered all down the hallway and had to maneuver around them to get to the elevator. Other than that everything was perfect

One the room was not finished. No carpet in the closet. Carpet was dirty. Walls were not completely painted. Curtain would not even cover the window and with a light outside the window it was like a big night light all night long. The tv worked at first then didn’t work the rest of the stay. When we got there the shower would only use steaming hot water and the next morning it was working correctly. Just overall not what you pay for.

The room’s smelled like smoke. It was so bad that it was hard to breathe and it was burning my eyes. Also, the doors didn’t work. Had to walk completely around to get inside. The grounds wasn’t kept clean either. Definitely needed mowing. The hotel was quiet tho and the staff was nice however the overall quality was very poor.

Had a very good stay, staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was that the room was next to an exterior door and the ice machine, so not as quite as it could have been during early evening. However, it quited down by bedtime and didn't disrupt our sleep.

Always a 5star stay

I always stay between here and the Holiday Inn.Sleep inn have better breakfast.The staff is also very nice and friendly.The lady who serves the breakfast in the morning is so wonderful. My next time I stay here I have to ask her name again. Have been coming here for 8 years now and never a problem that the staff didn’t resolve to make my stay wonderful.Keep up the good work!!

We arrived on time for check in and once there was charged double what I locked in for. I had to show my receipt for what I was supposed to be charged and that was corrected however I was charged twice plus another charge. The smaller charge was taken off and have to wait till Monday to see if the other room charge will be taken off. The room was suppose to have been a double queen, but I got a disabled room king. The shower was not put together so first night was a challenge to say the least. Floor stayed soaked due to short curtain and have no edge for water to stay in intended area. The room was clean, requested extra towels and rags and got more than extra. Elevator made me think of Final Destination. Staff was nice and breakfast was nice. Remote was acting up all night and volume from speakers was hard to hear. Parking was great. Close to all shopping centers 5-8 minutes. Pool was a dark green so no swimming
