Don't believe what you see.

The hotel wasn't what I expected. Location is excellent but the cleanliness wasn't up to scratch. You have to go to reception for a hot drink which I find ridiculous. You can find cheap kettles on the market so every room should have one. I was disappointed.

Great town to stay in

Excellent location -not more than a 2 minute walk from the Neuss Main train Station. ON a charming shopping street with various restaurants and coffee shops - not the Nasty Train Station Area which you find in Dusseldorf. Only about 11 minutes away.

My stay was average. They should be looking into refurbushing their carpets in the room or at least upkeep them with cleaning. The bed could be better..they should be looking into changing their beds into King or Queen size. At the moment, their double room beds are basically 02 single beds joined into one bed. Quality of the mattress is just ok and each room there are only 2 pillows ( for double occupancy) no extra pillows were given when requested. Overall my stay is just OK.

Great location and cheap - No AC hot in summer!

Stayed for the weekend for a wedding, it was extremely hot weather that weekend (39°) even though the hotel has no AC they did give us a fan, unfortunately there was only one plug socket in the room which meant the fan was not so close! And also annoying for charging gadgets! Having said that the hotel for the price is in a great location, the gore is very dated but what do you expect for the price! Staff were also very friendly

Basic Hotel with good prices, Rooms were very clean and bed was comfy, Lots of Noise outside , but being direct in the city ,that is to be expected, Only issue i had was the Hotel has no parking which was stated it did when booking, had to park the car in a park house which was not to far away , but inconvenient . apart from that ,i would stay there again

All the staffs are very hospitable and welcoming from reception to housekeeping the only problem I had was I always have to fix my bed many times because the slices from the bed keeps falling when I lay down. But all in all I have a wonderful stay
