Check in was OK Room nice and clean BUT NO Air Conditioning as a result windows had to be open and the noise from the neighbouring property went on until early hours is within walking distance from rail station Dominoes Pizza across road and several cafe near by Tram stop just around corner its in a great location

It was OK. The receptionists were quite professional and helpful. However, the TV was not working even though I complained about this and there was no iron nor ironing boarding as advertised.

Great hotel

The hotel was lovely, much nicer than i expected and the staff where very nice. The hotel is a short walk to the main areas of Dusseldorf but very easy to get around.

Very nice stay for the Carnival WE

Great stay for the street carnival WE, very helpful, friendly and open-minded service. Rooms are clean, breakfast included, very good, exactly what was needed. Parking opportunities in the cellar under hotel at a very good rate for Düsseldorf

Staff were friendly and spoke English, room was very clean and as described but no tea/coffee to go with Kettle so bring your own! Buffet breakfast was good and perfect start to day. Hotel was in a quiet dark neighbourhood but perfectly safe and close to main station

the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and secure in gated garden. I'd stay again. A short walk from central station but a bit of a walk to old city.

Very good

A really good choice for a three star hotel in Düsseldorf. Big, clean room with nice, also quite big, bathroom. Water boiler and more than enough coffee and tea. A fridge a little bigger than the normal minibar size. Very comfortable, big bed. Quiet area and walking distance to Hauptbahnhof, Königsallee and Altstadt. And best of all: Very nice owner/receptionist. Will definately stay again.
