This unit is a 1 bdrm (3/4 wall w queen bed & new Leesa mattress), 1 bath & new queen fold out couch. Remodeled kitchen & bath make this unit feel spacious. The unit is on the 2nd floor and accessed via a spiral staircase. Laundry available in shared facility. New touches such as 2 lrg windows & a screen door make you feel like you’re living among the trees.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and a kitchen island.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Spacious kitchen which was better stocked than most rentals which was much appreciated. The condo is exactly as pictured and thoughtfully decorated. There is a spiral staircase up to reach the condo but it is in the rental description- handy to know. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This is a nice condo, in a beautiful and quiet development. Lots of amenities like access to a really nice physical fitness center. Bed was comfortable, enough room in the condo for two with being crowded. Host was responsive to emails. Only con is the unit is on the second floor and you have trouble with stairs, this might be something you want to consider. You will have to carry your luggage up a spiral staircase to get it in the room. Not a problem for most but I understand it could be for some. I would definitely stay here again.
