Majesti Mannor in Durango is where your adventure begins at this 10-bedroom estate. With 8 king beds, 6 bunk beds, and more, there's plenty of space for up to 38 guests to sleep. The 13 bathrooms ensure everyone stays comfortable. Relax in the theater game room with 15 reclining theater chairs, billiards table, shuffleboard and poker table, or perhaps you want to take a swim in the large outdoor heated pool with volleyball net and basketball hoop. Long days skiing or playing hard at the lake you can relax in our in ground hot tub as you look over the 84 private acres with lots of elk, deer, turkeys, and black bears as they come down to drink water out of the pond just a couple hundred yards from the house. If you are thinking about having a large private wedding, family reunion, or company retreat well we might just be the place.. With our commercial kitchen and outdoor alter/ amphitheater we can host lots of guests We even have a large wedding tent with plenty of seating for guests as well as parking for those that are attending but not going to stay. As you share your vows surrounded by tall green pines, golden aspen trees and rocky mountain bluffs you will for sure have the event you always dreamed of. We think our place will help you experience everything Durango has to offer as we are just 15 miles from the narrow gage railroad that takes you to Silverton. We are just a short 10 minute drive to Vallecito Reservoir and we are 38 miles to Purgatory Ski resort.
