For the price it was very dissappointing

One would think that for over $1000 per night you would have a TV that is functional. When I called the management at Purgatory they were inept and could care less. After waiting 2 HOURS and no one came to the unit or even called me, I called again. It was ridiculous. In addition, the unit is tired and has poor appliances and inventory.
