Room was 25c in the evening and could not be cooled and window barely opened. There were stains on carpet and bed throw. All duvets and pillows were animal based with no warning or options given so I had a very unpleasant night with very little sleep. No response at check out when I shared this.

We only booked one week in advance of our trip. Check-in experience was great and staff gave good recommendations for places to eat in Dundee. Pool area was busy but a bonus to have. We didn't eat in the hotel but food looked good. Would definitely recommend staying here when in Dundee, very handy to the Ember bus routes.

Our stay at this hotel we could hear people and children which were very noisy and loud. Could hear the children running about. Room was across from lift. Only one lift was working. Thermostat would not change. Temperature was far too hot. We did not have a very good experience, it was not relaxing and not enjoyable. We did not get much sleep. We were very disappointed and unhappy with our stay at this hotel.
