Modern studio with soft tub -Ratcliffe Guest Suite

Near beautiful trails and set in a quiet neighbourhood, this suite is perfect for a weekend break or even longer. It has everything you need but is not far from the local town.
This newly renovated suite has its own private entrance and large deck. With home comforts in mind, there is a comfy sleeping area with a queen bed and closet. The sitting room area has a queen sofa bed, electric fireplace and tv. There is also a dining area and desk/dressing table area.
The suite also has a full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
There is an outdoor soft tub on the deck for relaxing and watching the sunsets.

Our suite can sleep up to four adults but it is more suited for individuals/couples and people with younger children.
We are happy to provide baby items such as high chair, travel crib, baby bath and toys, games and books for all ages. Please just let us know when booking. Please note although we welcome small pets at the property we do charge a $40 pet fee.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and a desk.
