We reserved 4 rooms for 11 people. 4 rooms are all clean and very good for this price! Ppl said there have bed buds we didnt experience this at all. Every thing is good and also friendly staff! The deposit for the rooms also return to my card on the same day we checked out!!! We will definitely come back to this Motor inn next time we in Victoria and Duncan !

It was a faded beauty. Seen better days and in a sketchy area. The manager / person who checked me in was really great and he tried hard, but if you have any phobias about sticky floors and handles… I would look elsewhere. Huge plus was that the shower had great pressure and didn’t seem to fluctuate in temperature much.

This place has rooms with stop work orders due to asbestos. There's a shelter behind the motel, causing troubled people to be shooting up in the parking lot. I, as well as others I talked to were fooled by (likely) fake Expedia reviews. All the patrons had a nice little gathering at 2am in the parking lot due to a vehicle fire that spread to the building. Beware, this is a sketchy neighbourhood.

2 x pest repellers in the room. Pillows were flatter than cardboard. Blankets were thinner than a sheet of paper. A room on the first floor had keep out danger- asbestos tape on it, not very inspiring for the other rooms. Surrounding area was full of addicts & sketchy looking people.
