Welcome to the Maple Bay Carriage House, a brand new loft style bachelor suite, equipped with premium amenities and high end finishes.

We are within walking distance to Maple Bay Marina, Seaplane dock and Maple Bay Yacht Club. We’re minutes from Bird’s Eye Cove Farm, public beaches, hiking and mountain biking trails, kayak rentals, pubs and so much more.

Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, heated bathroom floor and two very comfortable queen size beds to choose from.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and a kitchen island. Housekeeping is available on request.
