kitchen needs work. the kitchen tap is awful a trickle at best and no hot water. i had to wash dishes in the bathroom. the kitchen is not stocked with sharp knife or two a bottle opener..impossible to clean the oven tray which is just dirty with grease proof paper. frying pan cannot be used its rusty. need instructions for oven took me 20 mims to turn it on. dame for hob.overall 1 out of 5 for the kitchen. no beddig for sofa bed. 1 towel for shower. living room is dark. corridor is dark and has lights missing . property has old smell of smoke which was disappointing. need to have a welcome.pack to explain kitchen appliances. i had no idea what to do with rubbish there is no information at all so i left it there.

Leider hat der Check In nicht wirklich geklappt. Im Schlüsselkasten war kein Schlüssel somit mussten wir 45 min warten bis der Schlüssel gebracht wurde. Die Sauberkeit war nicht wirklich toll. Sehr viel Staub auf allen Möbeln und der Backofen war sehr schmutzig.

Gute Wohnung, auch mit Hund. Ruhige Umgebung doch zentral gelegen. Werden immer wieder gerne.

Familienbesuch bei der Tochter. Gute Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Nette Leute im Haus. Nicht ganz so günstig.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses-kein Aufzug! An den Fenstern befinden sich keine Rollläden. Die vorhandenen Vorhänge schirmen das Licht nur unzureichend ab. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte an manchen Stellen repariert werden-Schranktüren schließen nicht richtig oder fallen raus. Die Küche gehört grundgereinigt-vor allem der Backofen und die Kaffeemaschine.Im Kühlschrank befanden sich noch Lebensmittel der Vorgänger. Bad und WC waren sauber und Toilettenpapier war ausreichend vorhanden. Fazit als Fereinwohnung nicht zu empfehlen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Ferienwohnung für Familie nein! Monteurwohnung ja!

Wir mussten erst die Küche grundreinigen. Im Kühlschrank waren noch Lebensmittel vom Vorgänger, zum Teil abgelaufen, im Backofen altes gebrauchtes Backpapier, Schmutz und Haaren in Schränken und Arbeitsfläche. Man konnte nicht zusammen frühstücken, weil es für den Tisch im Wohnzimmer nur 3 Stühle gab, in der Küche Stehtisch mit 2 Hockern. Im Flur konnte man den Schrank nicht nutzen, da hatte man bei den Schubkästen die Front in der Hand, das selbe zum Teil im Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung kann ich nicht als Ferienwohnung für eine Familie empfehlen, höchstens als Monteurwohnung. Wir waren für schwer enttäuscht, war ja nun auch nicht sooo günstig
