Bienvenue à l’appartement le roc du cygne !
Situé à une minute à pieds du centre historique de Duingt, en face de l'église.

Découvrez un appartement de charme au centre d’un magnifique village lacustre.
Idéal pour 4 personnes, il se compose de deux chambres séparées, de toilettes séparées, d’une grande salle de bains avec baignoire/douche, d’une terrasse avec vue spectaculaire, et d’une cuisine équipée donnant sur un vaste salon/séjour.

Les deux chambres sont équipées d’un lit double 160x200cm.
Télévision et Wifi haut débit, cuisine toute équipée avec four, lave-vaisselle et machine à café, appareil à raclette.... L’appartement est également équipé d’un lave-linge.

Le linge de maison vous sera fourni pour votre séjour.
Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis dans l’appartement.
Le logement est situé au 1er étage sans ascenseur.

Les restaurants et commerces sont accessibles à pied, vous pourrez vous déplacer sans voiture durant votre séjour et laisser votre voiture sur une place attitrée.

Duingt, aussi appelé « la perle du lac », est situé sur la rive gauche du lac d’Annecy dans un écrin de montagnes.
Visitez son vieux village, admirez ses deux châteaux et profitez de son calme !

Les arrivées sont possibles tous les jours à partir de 16h jusqu'à 21h.
Au delà de 21h, si une solution d'arrivée autonome ne peut pas être trouvée, un supplément de 20€ vous sera demandé.
