Découvrez un magnifique appartement en duplex dans un immeuble rénové avec une plage privée !
Idéal pour 5 personnes, il se compose de trois chambres, de toilettes séparées et de deux salles de bains, une avec douche et une avec baignoire, d’un balcon sur le lac avec une vue grandiose sur les montagnes, et d’une cuisine équipée donnant sur un vaste salon/séjour.
Cet appartement en dernier étage bénéficie d'une surface au sol de 170m2

Deux chambres sont équipées d’un lit double 160x200cm, la troisième possède un lit simple 80x190cm. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de rangements pour vos effets personnels.
Télévision et Wifi haut débit, cuisine équipée avec four, lave-vaisselle et machine à café Nespresso
L’appartement est également équipé d’un lave-linge.
Une place vous est réservée dans le parking de copropriété sécurisé.
