Bienvenue à Duingt!

Situé au 5ème étage (avec ascenseur!) de la résidence Les Libellules, découvrez un appartement tout équipé pour des vacances en famille réussies. Entre amis ça marche aussi!
Quelque soit la saison vous pourrez admirer une vue imprenable sur le lac et les montagnes.
La résidence donne directement sur le lac, il y a plusieurs accès à l'eau que ce soit par les pontons ou par les marches descendant dans le lac par la belle arche de style grec.

Le logement
Cet appartement est un duplex, au niveau zéro vous trouverez une grand salon/séjour avec balcon sur le lac, une vaste cuisine aménagée (four, machines à café Nespresso ET filtre, grille-pain, bouilloire...) et des toilettes.
A l'étage vous trouverez les deux chambres avec lits queen-size et des rangements, ainsi que la salle de bains.
Il convient donc de noter pour les personnes à mobilité réduite que l'accès aux chambres se fait donc par un escalier.
L'appartement est également équipé d'une TV et d'une connexion internet par fibre pour occuper vos adolescents!

La résidence possède un parking privé clôturé, dans lequel une place vous attend.
Des racks à vélos sont situés à l'entrée de l'immeuble, qui comme le parking est clôturé.
La piste cyclable est juste en face de la résidence, le vélo étant le meilleur moyen de circuler pendant les périodes de grande affluence touristique. Pourquoi pas faire le tour du lac à vélo pendant votre séjour?

Magnifique lieu

L’appartement est splendide et fonctionnel. Les chambres à l’étage sont un grand atout surtout quand on a un bébé. La vue est magnifique. On s’est énormément ressourcé. Il faut une voiture par contre, c’est mieux, Annecy a 20 min.
