Clam room in the back as requested: very appreciated Friendly night manager at arrival and early bird check out Very good service with very convenient rate. Only the smell of the housekeeping products in the hallways & corridors could be better... For sure a very good experience
Things started well at this place with a good check in experience, and the room was clean. However we were disgusted with the following; *PAPER cups only available in the room *NO milk in the room (only disgusting powered milk) *Only UK based news channel not working (BBC News) *Single duvets on double bed *No pillows, only cushion shaped pillows Most of these were never sorted out, we had to constantly asked to fresh milk, it is even more bizarre that when we left this hotel we went to the lower class (of the same Accor Hotel group) Ibis hotel that had proper cups, milk, and bedding. We raised these items, none of which was resolved. Eventually we got to speak to the manager on our first night (of 2) who refused to see the issues, we even reported the TV issue to him on that first night, which was never resolved by the end of our stay. Most interestingly of all was that following our complaints we were told if we didn't shut up we would be removed from the hotel "with no refund"
Bedding in poor condition, comforters too small (kid size!), All this is not worthy of a 3 star hotel. No consideration of priority access for Silver cardholders at the front desk. Restaurant with very good meat but dinner only possible near the bar which has only very few tables or a long wait! Very good breakfast.
Staff was very friendly by check-in and check-out, felt very welcome here. Parking garage is excellent. Room was comfortable and had all the things you needed. Bed was very good and the bathroom had a good shower and a lot of shampoo/towel facilities. Location is good, near by the Autobahn. Only the airconditioning was not working very good. But I will definitely come back in this hotel!
Hotel is located out of town 20 euro to taxi in. No safe, no flannel No fridge 2 power outlets 1 in the bathroom 1 in the bedroom hard to access. Very little wardrobe space . Very little space for your suit case. However clean, tidy and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. It's an out of the way good for a conference place. Shops are closed on Sunday
I visited the hotel with a colleague during a camping fair and we were here for 10 nights. The hotel is cosy and the staff is very friendly. I have to say that the breakfast was great! The only thing is that the room is a bit to small for a 4-star hotel and the parking is a bit to expensive (as it is in the other hotels in the area).
It is located a bit far from the city centre, however just nearby there is a tram stop, a bus stop as well, and I think one of those S or U bahns also. Parking is good and easy to get to. Staff are REALLY friendly and knowledgeable. They were very kind to give us a city transport map, explain everything, service was super fast too. The room was very clean, well designed - just perfect. Didn't go for breakfast so don't know about the food, but overall impression of the hotel - very positive!
Arrival at midnight and the reception was super friendly and helpful with my invoice changes. The rooms super clean and everything quite. The breakfast has everything what you need. I will book this hotel during my next trip again.
the first room at the 4th floor was with odor of cigarette the second room at the 3rd floor was with odor of cigarette, the third room at the 2d floor was with phone out of order this is the client who has to test the preparation of the room !!!
Stayed for 2 nights for a work trip. Perfectly acceptable for this short stay. Rooms basic - more like travelodge or premier inn in UK with not much luxury, but as I was only there to sleep didn't make a difference to me. The room I had didn't have a bath, just a shower. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Short walk to the Heinrichstrasse bus/tram stop & slightly longer walk to Derendorf-S train station - not on the hotel doorstep but not too bad. Easy to get into Düsseldorf city centre. Overall fine for a business stay. If going for leisure though would prob choose something closer to the centre.
