The cabin was as advertised - I will share the good, and the princess in me. First, the cabin is incredibly well stocked, from crock pot to dishes - very nice. Utensils and pans, perfect.
The cabin was cozy, and the air circulated well with the fans so it was nice and cool.
The princess - there is no fire pit. It did not advertise but hey - no marshmallows was a problem. Had chairs in a circle, which hint hint would be a good place for a fire pit - that was a bummer but on us for not checking the add.
Princess time - the regular house couch on patio - just yikes! Too afraid to sit on because of bugs or spiders that might be in cushion. It was also so bulky if left little room for camping chairs which would have been pleasant. The patio was not that usable.
The bathrooms had plenty of towels - upstairs shower is tight, but worked. Cabin bedding was comfortable and king bed was adjustable. Queen bed in other room a bit soft for my liking or back - but that is a preference.
Keep windows open in kitchen and living room and you get a nice cross breeze. We never used the heat.
Bummer that no dishwasher but was not a problem for us.
Things we would have liked to have seen. 1) we needed more trash bags, two was not enough. 2) we need more than one dish towel.
The cabin was great for our stay, as advertised, everything worked, great location to. Duck creek village, and nicely wooded space.
