Perfect cabin for a cozy mountain stay

I really enjoyed staying at this cabin! It was clean and came with everything needed for a cozy mountain stay! The location was perfect. Close to town but far enough away with beautiful views all around. Lots of hiking around and if you have a side by side, bring it or rent one in town. Nothing better than cruising around the mountain trails! The property was easy to get to. I went in summer for the 4th of July, but imagine it would be easy to get to in the winter as well, no steep driveways. The sunrise was right outside the window of the bedroom I stayed in and it was gorgeous to watch each morning. Even had some deer visitors in the front yard. Also, if you go for the 4th, don’t miss the parade in town!! It was so fun and so patriotic!! Check in was easy peasy. The host sends you a message with all the instructions including the door code when you book. Don’t be like me and forget it was sent and then not know how to get in upon arrival, lol. Taylor is an amazing host and very responsive to messages. I will be booking again in the future! Loved this cabin

Great location in the country

This property is in a great location. Not too far from Duck Creek, but far enough away to feel like you're in the country. The views were fantastic. We especially enjoyed watching the herd of sheep. We saw at least 25 deer during our 2 day stay.

Comfortable Cabin with great front view and central location to parks

Comfortable Cabin with all amenities and central location to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. Beautiful views from front windows with awesome sunrises. Had to contact owner twice to get access information right before we arrived. Things to note: no air conditioning but does have fans; cabin is on a dirt/gravel road; and the baths are not connected to the bedrooms. The two upstairs bedrooms share a bath and the other bath is located off the kitchen downstairs.

Great home, great location

Cozy, spacious, well-stocked place with fun decor and AMAZING location. There are beautiful walks and hikes in the immediate vicinity, and it’s striking distance to Bryce & Zion. We daytripped to both. If you’re traveling in winter, my impression is that shirt sections of the dirt road leading to the house could be tough without 4WD or chains if it’s snowy/icy. But that’s also part of the charm of this area. For example, we saw 3 beavers in one day during our stay. Kinda makes it all worthwhile!

Amazing!!

The property manager Taylor is amazing, super quick with response. The cabin is very well kept, with more things than I expected. The property sits in the best spot for the sunrise. I will definitely have to come back during the summer.

Cozy cabin in the heart of Duck Creek

Our family of five had an amazing time at the Aspen Meadow Cabin. It was cozy and warm with the cutest decorations and beautiful views of the meadow. It had everything we needed for our stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, towels, bedding, tons of blankets, Netflix, board games and more! We just had to bring our clothes and food. Taylor was very responsive, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend the Aspen Meadow Cabin!

Nice cabin for the money

We arrived on a Sunday before Memorial Day weekend. This area is a good location as far as a base-camp if folks plan on visiting the national parks in the area (Zion, Grand, Bryce, etc.). As far as timing, that's a great time to visit SW Utah as things get crowded at the parks once Memorial Day hits. The weather is usually better than what we experienced that week: 5" of snow the first day (we went sledding with the sleds discovered in the shed!), and the other days were notably colder than typical (more snow at Bryce Canyon). Depending on time of the year, be aware that it could be a lot colder at that altitude (8400+ feet) than what one might expect. Renters should be aware that this property is somewhat remote (not necessarily a bad thing), but the dirt road leading from the main road (~3/4 mile) were potholed/rough during our visit. The cabin itself was well-stocked with linens, towels, and kitchenware. There were TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Unfortunately, we discovered the night we arrived that there was no cable TV as advertised (much to the dismay of the guests who wanted to watch the Game of Thrones finale). Another unpleasant surprise was finding that there was no hot water Monday morning. I wasn't able to contact the owner or manager that morning without contacting HomeAway's help support. I was told that the problem was most likely a tripped circuit breaker (it was. had hot water later that day). The property itself was overall clean, but some effort should be made to clean the windows so renters could better enjoy the views outside (antelope, deer, and birds were around all week). Overall this property is a good value for the money. Spacious, great views of the meadow and wildlife, nice amenities. With a little work (correcting the advertising and cleaning the windows) it should stand out among other nearby choices.

The loction and cabin was great cozy and clean.

We had a great time with the family. There are miles and mile of trails to enjoy with you UTV's. Some winter type weather show up while we were there and it was fun to have a fire and snuggle in. Our kids kept saying, "It feels like Christmas!" We had a few unexpected issue while there I contacted the manager of the property who assured me they would be taken care of for the next guest. Overall we really loved our experience and will definitely do it again!

Cozy and clean. Beds were a little firm for my comfort. Watching the antelope in the evening was very relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice cabin

Great cabin for our family. We spent time exploring the area, splunking, hiking and traveling the dirt roads. It was also perfectly in the middle of Bryce and Zion's entrances. We spotted a herd of antelope in front of the cabin including multiple babies, very cool for my kids to watch. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us.

Quaint and cozy

My wife and I and our young boys had a great time staying at Aspen Meadow Cabin! The area was beautiful and full of snow. The location was perfect for quiet and fun snow play. Downstairs is a bathroom with tub, laundry room, full kitchen with everything you need to cook and a very cozy living room with seating for 5. Upstairs is an extremely small bathroom with shower where my small wife or I could barely fit. Luckily we had the downstairs bathroom for the kids. The bedrooms were of a generous size with closets and space for suitcases. Our only complaints are the small shower upstairs (but there are alternatives) and the small water heater (2 quick showers then you have to wait an hour). The best part was how communicative and accommodating the property management is. Taylor was absolutely fantastic in making my first stay in the mountains in many years the best it could be! 4.5 out of 5 stars!

Good family bonding ! Highly recommended A+++

Our family first trip to Utah, we had a wonderful time.. the fireplace was a lifesaver , plenty of wood was available for us as well. Fully furnished kitchen, nice fire pit outside , brand new clean carpet, entire house was clean and decorative with matching linen , board games were available for kids, Wi-Fi was available , hide a bed was nice , and cable tv had plenty of channels not just basic cable. Washer and dryer was available Highly recommended . Unfortunately during our stay there wasn't much snowfall but that was mother nature fault!
