Dubrovnik Vacation Packages

The check in lady told me several times she would notify when my room was ready. I sat in front of her for 3 hours waiting. No problem waiting. Then she left. An hour later I asked another front desk person. He said oh the room has been ready for some time. How rude of the lady to say she would notify me then leave for me for so long waiting and not let me know the room was ready knowing i was sitting right in front of her. Terrible service in my opinion.

Budget hotel, clean, can be a bit noisy due to street traffic if the room on the lower floors Bus stop nearby to get you to the old town. Nice bakery nearby. Staff is very helpful

Best staff I have ever met in a hotel , very helpful and went beyond what was necessary , Highly recommend them Rooms very large and clean Many pools to choose from excellent restaurants

Breakfast was just okay, nothing special for 5 star hotel. In the room could have been good coffee, not cheap and old Nescafe. For this price even bottle of water is not included or shuttle to the city center.
