We lived our brief stay at Villa Lukas and wish it were longer! We booked to be close to the airport and found a beautiful property close to town, Cavtat! We enjoyed strolling along the water and the several restaurants to choose from!! The hosts were wonderful and extremely responsive with communication! Very nice place and location, friendly and welcoming staff. We had an appartment on the top floor where the bed is on a second floor. It was therefore nice and chilly in the entire appartment except where we slept

First place we stayed in Croatia. Lovely apartment. Balcony. Quiet. Nice enough view, some landscaping/construction going on. A bit of a walk to the wharf area but a nice walk. Host very personable and helpful, lived close by. A very nice property, would recommend.

Everything was amazing. The hotel owners absolutely arranged everything for me. As it was my first time to Croatia, I really valued the advice and hospitality. Great location and easy access to Dubrovnik via a boat. Apart was clean and spacious and close to the old town for bars and restaurants. Amazing! I’ll be back again soon.

We had a one bed ground floor apartment that was a nice size. The owner let us check in early which was great. The swimming pool is small but there were plenty of sunbeds. It was easy to park there as there are eight spaces. It’s about a 10 minute walk down to Cavtat harbour but it is a steep hill on the way back. Regular shuttle boats to Dubrovnik or you can just get the bus there and back as the bus stop is about 200m from the apartment.

The owners are great people and very helpful and pleasant. They genuinely want to help and provide the best service. They offered to drive us to the airport if the uber didn’t show at 5am, that’s above and beyond! It is a little bit of an uphill hike from the city below but it’s worth the peace and quiet. They should maybe rent e-bikes for the little journey, just a thought. I would stay here again.

Luka was an excellent host and the room was exactly as advertised. There was some noisy builders works nearby for a few hours each day, but nothing Luka or his team could do about it. Luka very kindly gave us a bottle of fizz to celebrate a birthday.
