Great views from the room. You can watch the sunrise and sunset over Dubrovnik Old Town from the balcony. Room was surprisingly large too. Location is walkable if you are able to handle hills and/or stairs.

Our stay at Rooms Raic was lovely. The host was very accommodating too. My favourite part was the view from our roof top window. Just to bear in mind, it’s extremely up vertical hills and stairs to and from the beach/own town, Just to be aware of if you don’t like walking or regarding physical ability. We love walking, so although it was tough, we enjoyed it.

First off, Anna, the keeper of Rooms Raic was extremely pleasant to work with anything we needed she helped with. The view from the balcony rooms were incredible and I highly recommend booking one of those rooms because you cannot beat the view of the sea and the city of Dubrovnik. It really isn’t a long walk into the city however, there are many many many stairs that you can take to make it shorter or you can take the roads. I’m 60 with knee problems and I did well until the last day when I needed to use Uber back-and-forth to the room. The place itself is lovely. There is a shared kitchen with a microwave and fridge, etc. so that was nice that we could store our wine and such in the refrigerator without any problems. If I ever go back to Dubrovnik, I will definitely be booking a Balcony room Again with Annika.

Great view and comfortable place !

The room was cleaned and had a see view as showed in the description, this room had a window in the roof which gave us a nice view of old town. The host was always available for us and made our check in easy! There is also a shared balcony with the city view in the common area. To get to the place from old city is a bit of a walk but we love walking and the view is beautiful and worth it. We loved it !

This was one of the nicest places we staying Croatia. The room and shared kitchen is excellently equipped and finished. The view of the old city and sea was spectacular. The host is very nice and hospitable. We would highly recommend it. The only caution is you need to be ready to climb stairs to get from sea level (i.e., the old town) to Room Raic's location - but that is why the view is so great. You are up high looking toward the sea.

Amazing views from the terrace, stunning

This apartment is situated in a great area near the sea, and the old town walls, a very brief walk to restaurants, ( bit of a climb back up after) groceries and a bakery as well as the cable car. Best of all is the amazing views from the common area and balcony. perfect for a stay of 8 couples, we each had our own room and bathroom with a shared kitchen and balcony. Would highly recommend for your stay in Dubrovnik

The room was nice and very clean. We were in an attic room, which we could look through the sunroof (it opened so you could stand through it). Amazing view! The hostess was nice. We were able to park just outside. To get to Old Town, It was ~250 steps down a couple staircases. When exiting Old Town, there are taxis right outside, so we took the 15 euro taxi instead of climbing 250 steps.

Fantastic place to stay in Dubrovnik

Fantastic place to stay in Dubrovnik. The view from property is absolutely amazing. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, try to get room with view if possible, but if not their is a common balcony to view town. The hostess is very friendly and helpful, welcome drink appreciated! It is located about 10 mins walk from Old Town, but that amazing view comes with stairs! If you’re able, it is fine, but if you have mobility issues, you will need a ride to the Old Town. Recommend as place to stay in Dubrovnik, very good value for money, clean and unbeatable view.

5 day break

There are a few steps - well a lot - up to the property so you need to be fit to go up and down these a couple of times a day. That said Dubrovnik is full of steps and hills, so it is something you have to accept. The view from Rooms Raic is amazing - from the room and communal balcony. The rooms great value for money. There is a bar and mini-supermarket at the bottom of the steps too and the property is only a 10 minute walk from the Old Town.

This attractive space was clean with great views over the fort and harbor. Not too far from the fort but lots of steps. Nice shared balcony for our use.
