Simple contactless check, Really helpful staff - especially with storing our bags on the last day. The room was clean, with a good bed, excellent shower and some handy toiletries/tea/coffee etc. Apartment location was fantastic - right in the centre of the town. We would highly recommend staying here!

What an amazing place! I booked the Economy room, which was a side door on a street literally adjacent half way up the infamous GOT shame steps! The room was great for my needs and served its purpose as a place to crash after long days. The location is in the centre of everything to do and see! The staff were friendly, amazing and accommodating allowing me a late check-out. Would highly recommend, though it might not suit al tastes.

Quiet, comfy, great location

Right in the heart of the old city yet somehow quiet. Conveniently a clothesline in case you traveled light! Free wine too. I am surprised it was as quiet as it was, but I slept great.

The location was perfect! The room was very clean and nicely decorated. I only interacted with the cleaning staff and they were very helpful and friendly and hard working! There is no front desk at this property but their system was easy to understand. For the price and location, I would stay here again!

This property will receive a high rank for its location and safety. It was at a very convenient location and almost everything was walkable. However, I noticed termite right at the entrance of the door. It was visible. The room smelled like mold. I really hope staying here for 3 nights does not effect my health due to this smell. The bathroom was extremely small and there was not enough room in the shower. I think the price was definitely not worth the room. I will not return to this property.

I had an excellent stay and i wish i could have stayed longer. If you want an authentic Dubrovnik experience, I highly recommend. The owner Nick and Jacob (mispelled) were true gentlemen and were extremely helpful in navigating Old City Dubrovnik!

Very central, excellent instructions given for finding the property. The street is very central, but also very quiet. Aircon was excellent, along with the fridge. Shower was powerful and got hot quickly. We needed to leave our bags after a 10am check out and they gave us another key for the front door so we could go back later to collect our bags. We were in room 6 light and airy with a comfy bed. Would recommend.

Poor customer service nobody available to welcome us. A bottle of wine was promised when I did the booking but none was provided when we checked in. They informed us on a piece of paper that if you want the apartment cleaned then hang the green marker on your door without providing it !! So a lot of time was wasted trying to sort it out. In order to contact the staff they gave a WhatsApp number but nobody answers it when you call them. They reply to your message at their convenience. They provided us with a broken electric iron and when I asked them for a replacement,the reply from Ana was that they don’t provide it and I can go to a laundry shop for ironing!!!They only provide coffee tea on day one!! The cleaner was also very rude to me.Keeping into consideration the amount they charge for the accommodation and the services they provide, it does not go together.Its up to you if you want to book this place but certainly I won’t be doing it again.

They asked this to be hung outside our door in order to have the room cleaned without providing it , so I had to contact them about what to do!
