Great apartment. Staff were really good at communicating and made the check in process easy. Great location, really close to old town. Nice and quiet. I would highly recommend this to anyone who stays. Was really affordable. Just need to be able to handle stairs to walk down to old town.

Apartment was aging but very large and had everything we needed. Great views over the city from the property and a lovely rooftop deck for a glass of wine. Lots of stairs to get to the apartment so plan accordingly as you are unlikely going to go back to the apartment during the day. At the same time, it is Dubrovnik so stairs should be expected.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view of the city! Very clearn and nice kitchenette. Hike up is strenuous for older people or people not used to walking much. They might want to give guests more information in the room about how to get to the city and back using the streets as we got lost coming back. Also had trouble contacting them ahead of time to get checked in but just went there and had no trouble as the owner is very nice ☺️

Very close to the old town - walking down the steps took 5 mins but walking up (approx 306 steps) took longer (10 mins). We stayed in the studio which was a good size. Comfortable bed and excellent communication with host.

Perfect View! Convenient Location! Good host!

My jaw dropped when I entered the apartment. It was clean, spacious and really had a perfect view of the old city. I didn’t want to leave the apartment and just wanted to stay there all day. Less than 10 mins walk down to the entrance of the old city. I would definitely stay here again and again.

Getting to the apartments by car is a bit tricky, but our host helped direct us to park with street parking. Dubrovnik roads aren't the easiest roads, so once parked we didn't touch our car again. Check in was smooth through arranging through a website, however initially it was difficult to hear back from the owner as phone calls were not picked up and messages through Expedia were not answered. Once arrived, it was easy however - the owner lived in the property below and she handed over the keys and did a quick run through of the apartment. The interiors are as pictured, two bedrooms and a very spacious living room and a self equipped kitchen (seemed to be equipped for three people though, we were lacking s between the four of us). Beds were very comfortable, with great mattresses and multiple firm pillows. There were additional blankets if needed. Air conditioning worked well. We had a balcony with an amazing view of Dubrovnik and the walls, and would have been amazing if we didn't have rainy weather the whole time. Bathroom was clean with decent water pressure and responsive hot water. Washing machine had some problems and did not work properly - the wash cycle kept going on for hours and has to be manually set to spin. It's a short distance to the Walls at Ploce Gate, however due to the uphill location it meant walking up and down 300 steps to town. Great for bigger groups with no mobility issues, a very comfortable apartment with a great view.

Great Location! Owner was very helpful.

While there a couple of small issues when we arrived, the owner (in the next apartment) was very helpful. This is a great location in Dubrovnik, with the most spectacular rooftop patio to hang out on. We would stay there a gain, absolutely.

once you actually find it, you're in for a treat

so what really sold me on this place was the balcony and the view, i mean, look at it, don't you just want to sit on this balcony and drink tea and write a grand opus? i certainly did! so my main problem was that the directions to the place, while they SEEM detailed, the place was very hard to find b/c the "address" is for a pedestrian street/ staircase, and what they really should do is give an address an uber can find (26 ul ante topica mimare) and then tell you to go the building across the street from that. so it was a rocky start, saved only by a kind uber driver who wouldnt leave me and my bags alone in the streets and lost and let me use his phone to call the contact number (which, also unhelpfully was the contact number for a booking agency which then gave us the number for the proprietor). The large bed is actually 2 double mattresses next to each other, but its still comfortable, the woman who manages the property is super kind and lovely, and once you find the place and settle in, you are a super quick (10 min down a staircase next to the building) walk to the old city so once you DO find it, the location cant be beat :) and really the roof balcony and the terrace for the 2 bedroom apt were DREAMY, views for days! so comfortable and charming :)

Miljenka was very organized and her communication was great! She gave us tips on taking the stairs down to the Wall and getting a cab back up to the apartment. The view was incredible, the rooms were clean and the living area was spacious!! We will definitely stay here when we come back!!

Amazing property! It’s a must stay kinda place!

The check-in and our processes were easy as the landlord lives on property. The property it perfectly places on the hill above Old Town so you have an amazing panoramic view of the city. The walk down is 8 minutes and the stair access is right next to the apartment. It’s 30 min back up or a cheap taxi if you’re full or tired. Love this place!

Nice unit and we were well looked after by Millie. The picture displayed is of the roof top terrace and not of the unit which is a level below. The only issue was the distance to climb the stairs each day to get to the unit. Its a long way up an almost never ending staircase to access the unit Beware when looking for the address. It is in fact a walkway and not on a road...

Review for Beautiful Apartment Isabora

We had a wonderful time at the Apartment Isabora. The view from the apartment is exceptional and the location is perfect (about 375 steps up the hill from the old town). The place was very clean and the very spacious. Thus, there are really no real negatives. If I had to list couple issues, those would have to be: 1) the place is about 375 steps from the old town. This could be rather challenging if one has health or knee issues. But you can always take the taxi for about 60 Kuna. 2) the second issue was with the land lady. Twice she walked into the apartment in the morning. Although, we were ready to head to down and well dressed, for some this might pose an awkward situation. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the apartment. Since the air conditioning in the living room is rather weak, the breeze from the sea and the altitude of the apartment makes the whole experience quite pleasant.
