This beautiful semi-detached house is located in a 16th century stone building, where once lived the nobles of Dubrovnik. It is located in Lapad, surrounded by lots of greenery and Mediterranean plants. Spacious interior with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a room with several workout equipment and a separate area for sitting and eating overlooking the garden make the house an ideal place for a nice vacation.



Outside you have a choice of several terraces and overlooking the well-kept garden you can enjoy a nice barbecue and spend pleasant hours outdoors.

Wonderful property, in a leafy area of town but well connected to buses etc and within easy reach of amenities. Comfortable and very well appointed accommodation, high quality throughout and with lots of personality. Thank you for a great stay, I would definitely recommend

Nice time in Lapad

We spent a wonderful week in Dubrovnik in this large apartment / house. Very spacious with large kitchen and dining area, living space. Beautiful yard with barbecue, table tennis, and chairs for relaxing evenings. Host was very nice, and answered all our questions promptly. 3 bathrooms are very helpful for large group stay. Kitchen has all needed appliances and dishes for nice stay for group of 6. Location of the house does imply to have a car since it is ~40min walk from old town, and 15 min from closest beach. Recommended to have a car to explore neighboring towns and beaches.

Une magnifique maison dans laquelle il est plaisant de découvrir des œuvres d’art réalisées par la famille des propriétaires. La maison est très spacieuse, confortable, et agréable à vivre pour six personnes. Les nombreux équipements/ jeux (babyfoot, raquettes et volants, équipement de tennis de table, vélo d’extérieur et vélo d’intérieur) rendent le séjour très divertissant, notamment pour des enfants. Le jardin est tout aussi beau. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d’être à Lapad, en retrait de l’agitation de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik qui peut être facilement rejointe en bus. Mais le lieu implique d’avoir une voiture pour faire les courses (pour 6 personnes). La plage est accessible à pied, ce qui est très pratique, mais la remontée est un peu physique au retour lorsqu’il fait très chaud. Nous remercions grandement notre hôte qui a été très serviable en nous permettant de déposer nos encombrants bagages avant 16 heures et qui a été très attentionnée : de nombreuses surprises nous attendaient à notre arrivée (de multiples boissons fraîches, des fruits et des chocolats). Elle nous a également donné de nombreux et précieux conseils de visites et de restaurants. Quelle gentillesse ! C’est un lieu idéal pour découvrir la côte dalmate !
