3 stars for cleanliness, nice towels and bedding. The window latch was broken and cold wind blasted into the room all night, the heater (or thermostat) did not work properly. No extra toilet paper. No Kleenex provided. If you needed something you go get it yourself during office hours and we were never there while it was open. Thankfully there was a space heater in my traveling companions room that I borrowed, otherwise it would have been uncomfortably cold.

The staff was so friendly and even offered some advise on a location nearby that we could use for astrophotography given the incredibly dark skies. The grounds were well kept and nice, the room very cute, comfy and clean and our dogs were welcomed with open arms.

Nice place but can be noisy

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting the Tetons and Yellowstone. The place sits along the Wind River and has a nice place to sit and watch/listen to the river for relaxing or sharing a bottle of wine. They have a nightly bonfire that’s nice as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay but for 2 issues. 1. We were staying on the ground floor of the 2 story building, and you can hear the upstairs occupants every time they walk around. There were some construction workers staying there so we could hear them before they went to bed and when they got up every morning between 5:00 & 5:30. Also when they started up their trucks in the morning and the beeping when they were backing out. 2. There was never any coffee made in the morning, but there was a maker in the room. They did tell us it would be available between 6:30 & 7:00 but every time we stopped by during those hours, there wasn’t any made. They did provide some breakfast foods which was nice as we left early for the Parks as we had at least an hour + drive every morning.

This property was misrepresented. Our AC was a fan, the door to the room had WINDOW panes, the microwave and coffee maker was in the bathroom! Do I need to say more. The pictures in the ad are very misleading. We booked our room through Expedia and we received no help with this problem.
