The bed was good the pillows were horrible the ice machine went off all night and I was on the bottom floor hopefully next time I stay I will be on the top floor will be more quiet and I will bring my own pillow

My first room had mold in the refrigerator and microwave was nasty. The shower was dirty and the smoke detector was hanging by wires and not working. They changed our room. The lady at the front was very nice and apologetic. Our second room was a little better the refrigerator was loud and the ac was horrible.

Staff was unapologetic when it was discovered that a pool is not available for use for Guest. The manager said “show me where it says that we have a pool.” I had to pull up the listing on Expedia and show her as proof. She replied that the pool had not been working for five years, even though it is listed as an amenity on Expedia‘s website.
