Room stank of mold, facilities very tired, restaurant service the one night we decided not to have the buffet was atrocious. Terrible food. I was served raw previously frozen escargot. All our entrees arrived at different times. Our very si ple meal took theee hours to serve. The buffet was good and the buffet staff were great but this hotel does not compare with any other Sofitel.

Check in and check out was seamless. Rooms were clean and well maintained. All amenities were great. Baggage assistance (Porter Services) were quite slow for bringing luggage to and from the room. Tea and coffee were provided in the room but no milk or creamer.

Cannot fault the hotel. Spacious rooms, very comfortable bed, with all you’d expect in a hotel like this. Area is very convenient for shopping and visiting nearby marina. Plenty of options for eating out and small supermarket not far a within easy walking distance. Breakfast had plenty of choice and staff are incredibly attentive throughout

I had a lovely stay - The facilities were great and the hotel itself was brilliant. The breakfast was scrumptious with a wide variety of choice but what really made my stay memorable was Paul the concierge. He was extremely helpful when i got separated from my phone and went above and beyond to assist me in my time of need. He is a true asset to the Sofitel team. I will definitely be returning to this hotel again.

Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Restaurant amenities and breakfast offerings are quite good. The pool has a nice area to lounge by and offers shade and sun along with a lounge area to the side. Room can be updated although clean and sufficient. Location is excellent. JBR is extremely lively on the weekends and not for the faint of heart looking for quiet sleeps, even if you are on the 29th floor. The area is alway hustling with a variety of offerings for all ages and interests. Plenty of restaurants and cafes. Beach is beautiful. The area is extremely busy however. If this will be your base while in Dubai and you will be commuting, then you must add 20 minutes to you every drive to enter and exit JBR. Traffic is a disaster.

This was my second time staying at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach, and it was just as amazing as the first. I travelled with my family in July, and we all had an excellent experience. The breakfast selection was outstanding, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was pure luxury. My parents absolutely loved it, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the rooftop pool! Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect family-friendly yet luxurious stay in Dubai.
