The room was lovely. I was surprised that it had 2 balconies.We had to leave at 9:40 p.m. because we had a flight that leaves at 2:15 a.m. on Jan. 16th. We liked the location because we could walk to the souk. It was also quiet in the evening. We had been at the Marriot which had parties with blaring loud speakers which made it impossible to sleep. I went down to the lobby at midnight to ask them to lower the music. Lots of "sorry mam" but nothing was done.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times and book a room with lounge access as this includes breakfast with wonderful views of the creek Arrived in the early hours of the morning having booked the previous nights stay to be told they didn’t have the room I’d booked with two beds but would upgrade me to a room with one bed, a sofa bed was made up and proved uncomfortable The next day the two bedded room was also unavailable but magically appeared when I asked to see the duty manager Breakfast is no longer available in the lounge This is an older hotel and the room has a very small bathroom, I shall look at other hotels for my next stay in Dubai

I didn't stay. I arrived late which I was assured was okay. They said that they tried to charge my card earlier in the day and it was denied so they sold my room to someone else. They had no more rooms and I had to go to a different hotel. They did not try to charge my card. I know this be cause I did not get any notices of suspicious behavior which I would have gotten.
