Our stay here was terrible. We had multiple maintenance issues with the room. The bar fridge was warmer than the room and when maintenance came to fix it I was told if I wanted a fridge I would have to upgrade. I had diabetic medication with me that needed to be refrigerated but had to keep it in the fridge in the lobby at the concierge desk. The manager put it in the fridge and didn't even document it. When I went to get it they told me that there was nothing in the fridge so I had to go and find it myself. The staff was all very rude but especially the valet guys. They were slow and didn't care unless you drove a Ferrari. A few times it took over 40 minutes to get our car. I thought the location would be handy to get around but you always had to get on the main drag to get anywhere and that took forever. The hotel had only 3 small elevators so you were always waiting. The staff had service elevators but they would always try to get on the regular elevators so it would take many stops to get to your proper floor. We complained about this but nothing changed. All in all it was a terrible experience staying here and I would never do it again. If they want to discount their hotel so that middle class people can afford to stay there then they need to learn not to disregard you as a customer unless you are rich. Don't waste your time staying here as it will only bring frustration.
