This hotel is very outdated. They’ve fixed up the lobby but that’s as far as it goes. The rooms are outdated. We checked in and our bathroom smelled badly of urine and the toilet was broken and there was water all over the floor. The remote control from the tv didn’t work. Complained about the washroom and they changed us into a “suite” which looked like it was straight out of a 70’s porno movie. At least the toilet worked and it smelled less like urine than the first room. Again tv remote didn’t work. Went to the front desk for new batteries. She changed the batteries and they were dead too. Ended up finding a remote for something else and switched the batteries again and those worked. Went to the restaurant and accessed through the hotel access. There are a pair of washrooms in the entry way between this access and the restaurant and it smelled so nauseatingly of strong urine that it made us lose our appetite and didn’t even want to go in to eat. This hotel needs some serious attention and definitely not worth what they charge for a nights stay.

This Travelodge is very comfortable and clean. The attached restaurant is very convenient, and we really enjoyed our breakfasts. We stayed twice, one in each direction. The second time we had a room that had updated paint and furniture, but the bathroom was a split style - the sink open to the rest of the room while the toilet and tub is behind a door. If there are children, this might be helpful, but my husband and I are not fans. If you have a strong opinion, just be aware that both styles of rooms are available. The room can be accessed from the lobby or from outside - each room has an assigned parking spot (with extra spots available. While the rooms are basic, they are very clean, the staff are friendly, and the beds comfortable. A great place to stay for the night in the middle of your trip.

Great location off the highway but on a busy road so roadside units are noisy. Room was a good size but as it is an older building you had to be careful when using appliances (so you didn’t blow a fuse). Great room for the price and many restaurants available within a short drive. Only one restaurant on site but food was tasty and came quickly. It was disappointing the area behind the motel is a gated community and you can’t walk around the pond. We are birders and hoped to see some birds on the water. You can walk the quieter subdivision though.

The first room had a disgusting smell and wasn’t cleaned very well. The staff checked it out and gave us another room that met our expectations. The property is right off the highway-very convenient.
