Sehr gute Wohnung für 2 Personen

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Alles vorhanden, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr gute Lage. Große, teilweise überdachte Terrasse mit genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist stark befahren und man hört den Straßenverkehr entsprechend. Allerdings verfügt die Wohnung im Schlafbereich über eine Klimaanlage, so dass man nachts die Fenster schließen kann und somit kein Verkehrslärm zu hören ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht

Die Wohnung hatte eine Sehr gute Lage mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Elbe und Dresden. Allerdings etwas laut bei offenem Fenster, da eine stark befahrene Straße vor der Wohnung entlang geht. Durch den Tiefgaragenstellplatz blieb man vor lästiger Parkplatzsuche verschont. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und hochwertig modern eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts.

perfektes Quartier zum Dresden-Kennenlernen

Eine sehr ansprechende, saubere und mit viel Liebe eingerichtete FeWo mit sehr schöner Aussicht über die Elbe bis hin zum historischen Zentrum in (fast) perfekter Lage zum Wohlfühlen. Aufgrund der Nähe zu einer Haupstraße leider etwas laut. Mit Hilfe Klimaanlage können die Fenster in der Nacht aber geschlossen bleiben. Gute Straßenbahnanbindung und Einkauf in der Nähe. Mit Tiefgarage perfekte Parkmöglichkeit. Vielen Dank den netten Vermietern, wir wurden persönlich empfangen und durch Haus/Wohnung geführt.

Dresden mit Weitblick

In dieser Ferienwohnung ist wirklich Alles vorhanden. Sie ist sehr sauber, sie hat einen traumhaften Ausblick mit einer großen Terasse. Wir haben hier 10 wunderbare Tage verbracht , es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
