Guests have access to the the home and detached garage.



Getting Around:

Parking at the property for up to 3 vehicles - one in the garage and two in the driveway. No street parking allowed, and no trailers, RVS, campers of any kind allowed within the Dover Bay development.



Other Things to Note:

Within the Dover Bay community, there is absolutely no street parking or trailer parking allowed.  The HOA enforces this rule regularly, as assesses a $100 fine per incident.  There is plenty of parking in the driveway for up to 3 vehicles at this property. Also, the HOA prohibits trailers of any kind from being parked on the street, or in driveways.  Trailer parking is available through Dover Bay at an additional cost.
