Stinky room 💩

Felt like I was staying in the backrooms with how white everything was and how many stairs and corridors there were to navigate. No lift for luggage. The self check in was nice at least. Wifi didn’t work. Pointless having a TV in the room with apps on it when they didn’t check if it’s connected to the internet to use any of it. Can’t airplay cast to TV either. Mattress had holes. Room stank of farts when we entered it and the odor never disappeared after hours of keeping windows open in this cold weather. All the budget of these rooms went to the bathroom which was moderately spacious and well designed. Location is nice being close to the airport. They didn’t respond to my message a week prior on hotels.com enquiring about price matching a cheaper bigger room they had going which they had several of. Girlfriend approval 2/10. I don’t intend to ever come back here.

Ideal für Leute, die einfach nur einen Schlafplatz ohne jeglichen Luxus suchen. Zweckmäßig eingerichtete Zimmer, gut mit dem ÖPNV zu erreichen. Wer eine günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit braucht, auf Rezeption, Restaurant und sonstige Annehmlichkeiten verzichten kann, ist hier genau richtig.

Zuerst das Positive: Das Zimmer war neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Die Grösse und Infrastruktur praktisch. Leider gab es Negatives: 1. Im Nichtraucherzimmer roch es penetrant nach Rauch 2. Der Rollladen konnte nicht heruntergelassen werden 3. Es waren keine Trinkgläser und nicht einmal ein Becher zum Einstellen der Zahnbürsten vorhanden. 4. Kein einziger Kleiderbügel vorhanden 5. Zu knapp bemessenes Toilettenpapier (wir mussten zusätzliches ausser Haus besorgen, da ja niemand erreichbar war) 6. Unsere Reklamation via WhatsApp auf die uns von der Expedia mitgeteilten Nummer wurde nicht beantwortet und Massnahmen zur Behebung der Mängel sowie so nicht. Ein Armutszeugnis. Wir werden dieses "anonyme" Hotel nie mehr besuchen und können es auch nicht empfehlen.

Das Zimmer und die Lage ist für den Preis gut aber der Service sehr schlecht. Probleme bei Einchecken, Apparat im Eingang nicht möglich, code nicht angenommen die uns nicht gesendet wurde. Telefonisch niemand erreichbar, zum, zweimal auflegt als wir unser Problem mitteilten. Der aufmerksama Restaurant Besitzer hat uns netter Weise geholfen. Er kannte jemanden hat ihn kontaktiert danach eine neue Code bekommen und eingecheckt. Ohne seine Hilfe hätte wir ein keine Übernachtung gehabt. Fasst hatten wir unser Anschluß verpasst, weil wir ca eine Stunde vor dem Eingang standen. Sehr ärgerlich. Daher empfehle ich das Hotel keinem. Das Risiko ist zu groß. Eigentlich muss ich mein Geld zurück bekommen, weil ich meinen Aufenthalt kommplet umplanen musste. Aber Danke an unseren Helfer. gesendet wurde. Über 45Min.versucht

Ein sehr großes u.sehr sauberes Zimmer. Betten/Matratzen sauber u.neuwertig u.bequem. Badezimmer sehr schön, sauber u.modern; auch neuwertig der Eindruck. Habe mich als Frau sehr wohl u.sicher gefühlt. Wer noch Hunger verspürt, kann im Restaurant im Hause sogar noch gemütlich verweilen. Anbindung mit Bus sehr gut. Ich komme gerne wieder!!!!

Große Wohnung, alles neu und sauber aber null Charme, war für 4 Personen gebucht, aber nur 2 Schlafplätze gerichtet. Wie in fast allen anderen Zimmern ( die wir bisher hatten) war der Fernseher nicht einzustellen. Den Schlüssel gibt es in der Nummer 22, die Wohnung ist in der Nummer 24. Stand nur klein auf dem Schlüssel. Weder die Nummer 24 noch die Wohnung ( in einem normalen Wohnhaus,2 Etage) sind ausgewiesen. Wir mussten die Schlüssel ausprobieren und haben an den Wohnungstüren gehört ob jemand drin ist. Fühlten uns ein bisschen wie Einbrecher. Eingangsbereich schmuddelig und dreckig.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, genug Handtücher waren vorhanden. Auch das Badezimmer war Tip Top. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, und konnten auch gut schlafen in dem großen Bett. Ich kann es mit ruhigen Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
