We booked as 2 Adults + 2 Kids, we were disappointed when we entered the room as theres only 1 king size bed, not even a sofa bed inside.More disappointing when we rang the reception and he said it is QR100/night for an extra bed. Ridiculous tbh. If only reception staff would be much more of a common sense rather than thinking of extra charges for guests it would be more enjoyable abd stress free check-in for us. Overall though, the Hotel is great. Bars and restaurants on site. Also DQ & Papa Johns Pizza accross the parking lot and a small kids soft play area inside, ideal for family with kids but dont wanna splurge.Housekeeping are friendly and more helpful. I wpuld also like to commend the gentleman that helped us carry our luggages to our room, he managed to give us an extra bed as complimentary. That kind of service means a lot especially to those guests who had a long flight, we had a 7hrs flight tired and hoping to have a stress free check-in when we arrive at the Hotel..
