L’appartement est plutôt bien situé (proche centre ville, port Guillaume, Cabourg à pied)Appartement fonctionnel, propre, très bien équipé. On sent l’effort du propriétaire pour palier aux côtés négatifs qui n’est pas que de son fait. Car, une désagréable odeur de tabac froid est présent dès l’arrivée dans l’appartement.La literie chambre parentale, n’est pas confortable, l’appartement est très mal insonorisé.Dans le descriptif il est dit qu’une place de parking complète ce bien mais l’agence nous dit que non….
