Purtroppo la stanza doveva essere vista montagna ma avevamo vista parcheggio, posizione stanza accanto ai bagni pubblici del hotel, e vicino deposito ski. Parcheggi pochissimi e anche in loco grosse difficoltà di parcheggio. Unica cosa a favore la cortesia e gentilezza della proprietaria e del personale.

Pessimo

Abbiamo passato 5 giorni in questo hotel essendo in una posizione comoda per raggiungere le piste. Sia nella mail che nel sito si diceva che il parcheggio era gratuito. Invece l’hotel non presenta parcheggio privato ma ha solo 5 posti nei quali possono parcheggiare anche persone non ospiti dell’hotel. Così non sapendo dove parcheggiare abbiamo richiesto ad un hotel vicino di poter usufruire del loro parcheggio e ci hanno consegnato una tessera per un parcheggio al coperto gratuitamente, stessa tessera che il nostro hotel ci avrebbe dato per 10€ al giorno. Il deposito sci non è riscaldato come invece viene scritto sul sito. L’idromassaggio presente nella spa aveva sempre acqua fredda. Le camere erano strette, avevamo una quadrupla con un letto a castello e la distanza tra il letto superiore e quello sotto era così minima che bisognava stare attenti quando ci si alzava o ci si stendeva per non sbattere. Cene pessime, cibo freddo, eravamo in 8 e i primi piatti venivano serviti solo a 5 persone e alle altre 3 venivano serviti dopo 20-25 minuti di distanza. Per mangiare un primo e secondo ogni sera ci volevano non meno di due ore. Una sera abbiamo chiesto il piacere di poter finire un po’ prima visto che avevamo impegni per il dopo cena e non è importato a una delle responsabili stesse, rispondendo che ci avrebbe pensato la sua collega...dalle 19:30 abbiamo finito comunque alle 22. A parte due cameriere gentili nessuna cordialità dalla titolare e la responsabile.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti. La posizione è buona perchè situato a pochi passi dalla cabinovia folgarida-marilleva e a circa 15 minuti dal centro di Madonna di Campiglio. Questi erano i lati positivi adesso iniziamo con i negativi.All’arrivo siamo stati accolti e condotti in camera. Qui cominciano le pecche. Ambiente vecchio, stile anni 70’, la presa della luce in bagno era attaccata con del nastro isolante nero, la cabina doccia piccolissima non si riusciva neanche a girarcisi dentro. La sera di capodanno c’era il cenone a base di pesce, posso dire di non aver mai mangiato così male. Il cibo era di qualità scadente, sicuramente congelato e presentato malissimo! La mattina seguente ci siamo presentati a colazione alle 9.15 e la sala è aperta fino alle 9.30, ed erano rimaste solo pietanze salate e yogurt, non dico che ci doveva essere tutto ma almeno qualcosa di dolce si. Altra nota negativa è che l’hotel è privo di parcheggio ed è mancate di qualsiasi insonorizzazione, si sente qualsiasi cosa delle camere accanto! Spazi piccolissimi e tenuti male. La pulizia nella nostra camera è stata inesistente se no per il letto rifatto. Non so dove abbiano trovato le tre stelle!

Struttura vecchia, puzza di fumo nel corridoio, letti scomodi, rubinetti e docce che perdono, terzo giorno senza acqua calda per 2 ore, si sentivano rumori e scarichi dei sanitari delle camere adiacenti, non presente frigo bar e telefono per avvisare la reception, colazione con poca scelta e di scarsa qualità. Non gradita la presenza di cani senza guinzaglio nell'albergo. Prezzo assolutamente sproporzionato rispetto al servizio reso.

Uomo avvisato mezzo salvato

Ci ero già stato l'anno precedente e non era stato il massimo... per diversi fattori... scomodo il letto e i cuscini e la stanza piccola, adesso invece la stanza è grande anzi anche troppo ma i cuscini e il materasso erano nelle stesse condizioni, a parte questo essendo la struttura in legno gli interni erano molto caldi e non potevo aprire le finestre che ti entravano dentro vespe calabroni ed altri insetti alari, il legno era impreganto di puzza di fumo di sigarette è evidente che stanno li da 20 anni o più, non ultimo la sorpresa finale, ho soggiornato a mezza pensione e la sorpresa finale che non era scritto da nessuna parte, mi hanno fatto pagare la bottoglina di acqua ogni volta che ho cenato 2euro per volta (tot.16euro) fortunatamente non bevo vino altrimenti credo che mi avrebbero salassato, comunque non si fa si deve avvertire l'utente di cosa è compreso e cosa non lo è, ma è la prima volta che mi capita che mi fanno pagare l'acqua a parte in un albergo!!!! (a sorpresa)... ritengo questo comportamento scorretto e secondo me fatto in mala fede, cmq visto gli altri punti e l'eperienza passata evitero di soggiornaci la prossima volta (spero di ricordare quanto detto e di trovare questa recensione da rifrescarmi la memoria), un plauso va alla cameriera che poverina se data da fare tutto il tempo che sono stato li a curarmi e non farmi mancare niente (una cosa buona da dire e che ho cenato bene e abbondante). Internet lento, parcheggio a quello che si trova (pochi posti).

albergo gestito da una gentilissima sigra romana. Nonostante alcune lacune trovate da alcuni di noi ma non da tutti diamo un punteggio abbastanza buono poichè la sigra si è sempre dimostrata gentilissima e disponibili nei momenti di bisogno. La nostra idea è che la sigra sia a conoscenza di alcune cose da migliorare e che come lei ci ha accennato provvederà ad una ristrutturazione in primavera. Con l'augurio che la cucina venga rivista esprimiamo un puteggio di incoraggiamento.

il soggiorno e' stato breve comunque sono disponibili in qualsiasi orario si vuole arrivare, le camere sono da ristrutturare specialmente i bagni strettissimi, il mangiare mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di meglio ma comunque per quello che si paga puo' andare bene cosi.

Adatto a giovani con poche pretese voto 6--

La struttura è carina ma la gestione appare improvvisata, direttrice molto disponibile ad ascoltare ma un po' lenta nel coordinare e organizzare i dipendenti. A cena non è possibile attendere h1+45min tra un primo e un secondo ordinati la sera prima, il servizio ristorante è molto lento, il personale dovrebbe essere meglio istruito. Evitate di dire che avete sauna e idromassaggio se poi la sauna non ha porta ma una tendina da doccia come chiusura e l'idromassaggio non funziona mai. Suggerisco di stabilire una convenzione con il parcheggio a pagamento che avete a 300mt in quanto i Vs 5 posti auto scoperti davanti alla Vs struttura sono un po' pochini.

Di vecchio non ha solo il nome, ma anche le camere

Sono stato in questo albergo a Pasqua con la famiglia. Mi hanno dato una camera lager, 2 piani sotto il livello stradale, senza tenda o persiane con relativa luce in camera già all'alba, con il letto a castello arrugginito e rattoppato con nastro adesivo (non credo sia a norma), doccia con tendina che si appiccicava addosso ogni volta, con cassaforte rotta. La vista invece che verso le splendide montagne era rivolta verso una scalinata. Insomma mai più in questo hotel. Consiglio sulle camere: Le stanze al primo piano sono nuove, quelle al piano -2 da non classificato e la nr. 100 credo non sia neanche a norma.
