The property is located in a great area. With that being said it just seems like ownership is just hanging on until the property sells. It’s fine but the no ac thing in the summer is definitely a buzz kill.

For what I paid, there were a few things that could be improved. No AC in room, WiFi was extremely slow, paper plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast. Good at breakfast was good. Finding the office to check in was tricky too, as there's four buildings and I didn't know which one to go to.

What a hidden gem. Rooms are clean and cozy. The location is great, near the amphitheater and walking/bike trails around Dillon bay. Only thing to keep in mind is the room didn't have A/C, something to keep in mind over the summer. At night it cools off, and there is a fan in the room, but just a heads up. I will definitely stay here again.

It’s an old style western hotel that is maintained and run very well. It is very well located next to the lake, amphitheater and town amenities.

Love it!

The pet rooms with the kitchenette are like a tiny home so you can cook lunch or dinner for a money saving trip. Breakfast is included so that’s already taken care of. Very pet friendly and directly across from the lake and a path to walk your doggo. I love this place!
