Check in was unnecessarily complicated because desk agent was flummoxed by my ID first name not matching my namer on my email address. Beds were advertised as queen but they were double. Probably because of the age of the building not allowing enough space for big beds. Room was quite ramped.

The rooms keys stopped working twice. After a third time ( I was very careful to keep them away from magnets) ... I wanted new keys. Same issues. The "breakfast" was toast and stale bagels. The room smelled musty (building 3) and the "amenities " were sparse. The facility had gone downhill since my last visit several years ago.
