In the summer it's less than 5 minutes to the Dillon Amphitheater, Dillon Marina, Tiki Bar, Farmer's Market and Parks. It is approximately a 15 minute walk to the Dillon Amphitheater for concerts from June to September. Dillon Marina has kayak, SUP, pontoon and sailboat rentals and tours.
