very quiet, bright modern and air conditioned located on the 4th floor overlooking the garden.
the outbuildings and the accommodation are to be respected no noise is accepted, animals must be kept on a leash and not frolicking on the stair climb and in silence
 5 * Grand Hotel side and excursions.
At the foot of shops, restaurants, pubs, casino, cinema, wine bar, bakeries ... departure of excursions and 300 m from the train station.
Tram 40 m away and bus stop opposite.

Communication and check in was easy … we had someone who spoke French with us. Host was friendly and helpful about the property and area. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The beds were all very comfortable. There were five adults and two children in our party and we were all comfortable. We spent our time out and about … and were very comfortable (showers, beds, etc.) when we returned for the night. The location was perfect … by the park at the base of the main promenade. Easy walking to shops, restaurants, the big market and museum. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location!

Right if us stayed for two nights and throughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, quite but a short walk to the arch and pedestrian areas of Dijon. Mme. Corpeau was a pleasure to deal with.

Un beau lieu idéalement placé à deux pas du centre. Très bonne accueil et Nadège a tout fait pour faciliter notre arrivée. Un bémol en revanche, il n’y a pas 4 chambres. Il y a deux chambres et le salon et la salle à manger se transforme en chambre du coup plus de place à vivre… Aussi il y a une salle de bain et une toilette avec une douche traversante donc pas vraiment deux sdb.

Einchecken war sehr anstrengend

Einchecken war sehr anstrengend. Nach 40 min Diskutieren konnte die Wohnung bezogen werden. Obwohl für 12 gebucht worden war. Waren nur 9 Betten bezogen. Die Verhaltensregeln wurden 20 min vor Ankunft via Mail gesendet. Nur 3 Leute pro mal im Treppenhaus usw. Wohnung war sauber. Am Schluss alles gut. Kommunikation nicht ganz einfach, kompliziertes Französisch. Sehrwahrscheinlich kein 2tes mal.
